Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Predict. These terms govern your use of our regulated prediction market exchange.

By accessing or using Predict's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use Predict.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Predict reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
All trading on Predict is subject to the Predict Rulebook, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You agree to trade in good faith and not engage in manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of market abuse. Violations may result in account suspension, position liquidation, and referral to regulatory authorities.
Trading event contracts involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all funds deposited. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Predict does not provide investment advice. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. By using Predict, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved.
Predict charges fees as described in our Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to our standard processing times. Funds are held in FDIC-insured accounts in accordance with CFTC requirements.
You may not: use our services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape data or place trades without authorization; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any activity that could harm Predict or other users.
All content on the Predict platform, including market data, charts, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Predict or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with JAMS Arbitration Rules.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Predict after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
