Stay in control
Set a budget and a time limit before you start. If you ever want to pause depositing or close your account for a while, the support team can set that up for you. Contact support
Prediction markets and games are entertainment, not a way to make a living or recover money you've lost. Outcomes are uncertain, the house and market mechanics carry an edge, and past results never predict future ones. Only ever commit money you can comfortably afford to lose, and never use borrowed funds, money meant for essentials, or someone else's funds.
Decide a budget and a time limit before you start, and stick to them. Treat any money you commit as the cost of entertainment — like a ticket — that you don't expect back. If you find yourself depositing more to chase a loss, stop: chasing losses is the fastest way to turn a hobby into harm.
Take a hard look if you notice any of these: spending more time or money than you intended; betting to escape stress or low mood; lying about how much you play; borrowing money or selling things to keep going; neglecting work, study, sleep, or relationships; or feeling anxious, irritable, or unable to stop. Any one of these is a signal to step back.
If play stops being fun, take a break. Stop depositing, log out, and give yourself a cooling-off period. If you'd like your account frozen or closed for a set period, contact support and we'll help you set up a self-exclusion. During self-exclusion you won't be able to deposit or place trades.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform, and participation must be lawful where you are. Keep your login credentials private and never let anyone under legal age access your account or devices while you're signed in. We may request age verification at any time.
If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available. International support lines and self-assessment tools include BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org), Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org), and GamCare (gamcare.org.uk). If you're in immediate crisis, contact your local emergency services. You can also reach our support team from the in-app help page.
We design for fair, transparent play: provably-fair game mechanics, clear odds and fees, and tools to help you stay in control. We will act on responsible-play requests and may intervene — including limiting activity or closing an account — where we see signs of harm. Reach out any time; asking for help is a strength, not a failure.
Free, confidential help is available 24/7 through BeGambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous, and GamCare. You can also reach our team from the in-app support page — we're here to help, no judgement.
